    • The routine can be deceptively challenging provided that the correct weight is used and the exercises are done with the right form. This routine is just 1 of 5 routines that I’ve posted with the goal of building muscle. There’s also a bodyweight routine that can be done anywhere so it’s great if you’re traveling and need a quick routine to keep your metabolism up. Glad you liked it sir.
