I don’t think I have ever seen this ‘recipe’ for complete health and fitness failure presented in this manner; all the needed steps, the decisions one needs to make, the effort one goes through to CHOOSE to be unhealthy, etc… Sad and almost difficult to read through in a way. We should all read this and choose to not ignore our health. thanks for the wake-up call!
